Yes.....American Grotto is an authorized dealer for all brands that you will find on our website.
Our warehouses strive to ship items out ...as soon as possible. Typically, items ship in 1-4 business days....depending on if the is shipping via standard carrier (UPS or FedEx) or is shipping via Freight Carrier.
Lead times can vary based on what the items is, where the item is going and several other factors.
If you visit the product page of your item on our website, a handling estimate will often be published per individual item on the website.
If you are concerned about when your item will ship, please just contact us via email, phone or chat.....and we will give you as much information as possible.
American Grotto does not charge sales tax....except for buyers that are located in the state of Georgia.

Once the item ships, we will email you a tracking number along with instructions on how to view the tracking information for updates regarding when the item will arrive.

Our items ship via UPS, FedEx and Freight carriers. The method of delivery depends on the size of the item and where the order is going.
Once the item has shipped, we will email you the tracking information with instrucitons of how to view the shipment status.

We ship to any location on the United States.....excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, all United States territories and protectorates.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
