Shipping Policy

When will my item ship? 

Our warehouses strive to ship items out ...as soon as possible.  Typically, items ship in 1-4 business days....depending on if the item is shipping via standard carrier (UPS or FedEx) or is shipping via Freight Carrier.

Lead times can vary based on what the item is, where the item is going and several other factors.

If you visit the product page of your item on our website, a handling estimate will often be published per individual item.

Please understand the time frames offered here and on the product pages are estimates, not guarantees......and can vary based on many different factors.

If you are concerned about when your item will ship, please just contact us via email, phone or chat.....and we will give you as much information as possible.

When will my item arrive?

If the item is shipped via standard carrier, the most common shipping estimate is 2-5 business days.

If the item ships via freight carrier, the most common shipping estimate is 3-8 business days.....and the carrier may require to speak to you and establish an appointment before they will bring the item out to your location.

Once the item ships, we will email you the tracking information....letting you know that it is on the way......along with any instructions to you may need to receive the item.

Delivery times can vary based on what the items is, where the item is going and several other factors.

If you visit the product page of your item on our website, the shipping time will often be estimated per individual item.

If the item is being shipped via freight.....the freight carrier will most likely need to communicate with you.....the buyer.....to establish a 4 hour delivery window in which they will deliver the item to you in person.

Where do we offer delivery.

We ship to the United States only.......excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, all United States territories and protectorates

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Other delivery concerns.

When you receive the item, in the unlikely event that the item arrives with damage or any problem....please make sure that any damage or problem is noted to the driver.....and is noted on any/all proof of delivery....such a such as inspection slip, signature slip, or any other proof of delivery.  Once this has been noted, contact us as soon as possible regarding the matter.  Please understand that signing the proof of delivery without noting any problems upon delivery is stating that the item arrived without damage or any problems.
