Order Status

Once you have place an order and an order number is generated, your order will be placed in processing status.

After the order is placed, there is a 1 hour window in which the order can be cancelled.

After the order processes and fulfills, you will be sent the tracking number for the shipment, along with the name of the carrier.

The tracking number can be used to track the item on the carrier's website.

If the item ships via freight carrier, the carrier may require to speak with the customer via telephone....prior to any delivery attempt....in order to arrange final delivery.
